Beloved's Coordination Package includes the following

Prior to event

Initial Design Session to discuss vision and event details

Site tour 

Custom timeline

Help with creating layouts

Unlimited month of phone calls/emails

Contact with all of your vendors to ensure everything comes together smoothly

Coordination of the rehearsal 

Day of event

Vendor and timeline management

Early arrival to oversee all other vendor arrival and setup

Setup and tear down of all personal decor 

Distribution of final payments/gratuities

Execution of timeline and all specialty activities (I.E. first dance, honeymoon dance, cake cutting, bouquet & garter toss etc)

Coordination of grand exit

Partial Design | 45 Hours

Partial Design includes everything in the Coordination Package with the addition of the following

Full Planning

Starts at $7,500

Full planning includes everything in the previous packages with the addition of the following

Unlimited Communication During Business Hours 

Creation of the Design and Flow of Your Wedding Day (Design Meeting, Design Board, Floral Suggestions, Decor Help, Stationary Needs, etc)

Budget Management 

Communication with all Vendors Throughout the Planning Process 

Assistance with Catering Details and Menu Planning 

Setup of All Vendor Appointments 

Reminders of Upcoming Events Throughout the Planning Process
