"One of the great benefits to having a wedding in SLO is the abundance of qualified, caring, and professional vendors to chose from. 

My wife and I met Taryn at a coffee shop in downtown SLO about 9 months before our wedding.  Besides checking all of the boxes for preparedness, professionalism, experience etc.  it was Taryn's intangible qualities that left no doubt she was the right fit for us.  
Her calming presence could be felt within minutes of our first interaction, which seemed odd considering most wedding planners/coordinators appear to be high strung with big personalities.  

Our wedding was seamlessly conducted and was more beautiful than we could have imagined.  Throughout each step of the process was the assurance and confidence provided by Taryn and that really allowed us to relax and focus on what mattered most on that day.

I remember talking to my then fianc√© on our long drive home after meeting Taryn and we both kept mentioning how Taryn is not only the type of person we would want as a coordinator, but she is someone we would like as a friend.  9 months later my wife and I truly count Taryn as a special friend."

"Taryn is hands down the best coordinator out there! Let me back up, I met with Taryn about a month before the wedding, she was so incredibly helpful. Being that I had a 8 month old at the time I had seriously slacked on all the details of the wedding. Taryn asked a lot of questions and a lot of my answers were "I'm not sure, I haven't thought about that" and she never once made me feel like the mess that I really was. She sent me a detailed list of everything I needed to figure out which made it so easy! She was the one who communicated with all my vendors which took a huge load of my back. After meeting with her, I was actually looking forward to the wedding instead of stressing over all the details! She met with me at the barn and we went over details where she had some great insight and really helped in making my vision come alive. Fast forward to the day of (keep in mind my vision included all the tables outside) it just so happened that after a week of perfect weather... my wedding day fell on one of the windiest days of the year. Taryn did everything she could to keep everything outside and amongst the chaos assured me that she would make it work if that's what I wanted. Last minute, I decided to pull everything inside of the barn. Taryn was so reassuring and made me feel that everything would be just as beautiful and when I walked in to the barn after the ceremony I was so pleasantly surprised that Taryn had seriously pulled it off. Despite all of her challenges which she handled flawlessly, she had recreated  my dream wedding inside and made it even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Honestly, my wedding would have been a complete mess without Taryn and hiring her was the very best decision I could have made. Taryn is sweet, bubbly, and handles being under pressure like a pro. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator. Look no further, you have found your girl!"

"My now husband and I hired Taryn as our Day Of Coordinator for our wedding here on the Central Coast. When I first met her, I knew right away we would be a great fit! To start, she has a very friendly and warm personality that makes you feel like she has been your friend for years! From looking at her past weddings I could tell she has amazing taste and style so I knew I would be able to completely trust her when it came to the big day. We had a design meeting about 8 weeks out from the day which helped to take SO much stress off of my shoulders. She had a ton of questions and was VERY detailed. She takes over with all of your vendors and makes sure that everyone is doing what they're supposed to. In the weeks leading up, she was there to answer ANY questions I had (big or small) and I never felt that I was "bugging her". 

She was there the morning of the wedding with her assistants to facilitate, set up, and make sure everything was going as it should. I was completely relaxed and had no doubt my vision would come to life. And it did! The day could not have gone any smoother, and any hiccup that may have popped up was solved instantly. I wouldn't have changed a thing! I was able to enjoy my wedding day and have fun knowing that she was in charge.

Needless to say, she is AMAZING. You will not regret hiring Taryn!"

"Do yourself a favor and reach out to Taryn of Beloved Coordination for a meeting. She is the owner and the only planner, assisted by her husband Evan. We planned our wedding in Los Osos/Morro Bay from out of state and we felt we needed "boots on the ground" - someone local who could scout things in person for us. I looked around and got quotes on several planners and we did phone interviews with three. Taryn had by far the most reasonable fee and she was also the most bubbly and pleasant coordinator with whom we spoke. Her fees, at least when we booked, were flat, either for full coordination or month-of/day-of. We contracted with her for full wedding planning and we worked with her for over a year I believe. Every time I asked Taryn to handle something she did so quickly and with a can-do attitude. She was also very helpful for us as a consultant - we really didn't know a lot about wedding traditions and expectations and she was a great sounding board, without ever judging our choices, even when it was "go with the cheaper option." On the wedding day is when Taryn really shone. She was so calm and upbeat. It was wonderful to have her tell my bridesmaids and I when to show up and at that point I just relaxed and let her take over. She told us where to go and when, and took care of dozens of things behind the scenes. Taryn was extremely accessible - although we tried to leave her alone on the weekends for the most part, she would have answered our texts/emails within a couple of hours if we had needed anything. If I had it to do over again, I'd hire her again in a heartbeat."

"Words can't even describe how amazing Taryn is! From the moment I met her and told her my vision for my wedding, she took over the reigns and made everything so easy for me and kept in constant contact via email and contacting all my vendors so I didn't have to. She made things so stress free which is important for any bride planning her big day ! The day of my wedding was nothing but perfect, Taryn and her assistant went above and beyond anything I would have imagined or would have thought was included in her services! The day before we went over decor and the day of she asked me if I wanted to see it get put together,I told her I trusted her, when I walked down the isle for the first time I was overwhelmed with how beautiful everything was! It was everything I wanted and more!My husband and I felt completely taken care of the day of and received nothing but complements from our guest and mostly from other vendors that got the pleasure of working with Taryn! I would recommend Taryn to any bride that has a vision of her perfect day and wants it to go smoothly without having to worry or stress, Taryn with beloved coordination is amazing!"

"Taryn was my "day of" wedding coordinator in October, but she took over a more than a month before the wedding. She met with us and asked us questions that we never thought about beforehand. It was great because it was these type of details that mattered on our wedding day and she made sure we got everything ready to go. She started coordinating with our other vendors and venue and it helped relieve my stress. Communication with her was not a problem.

A week before our wedding, rain was in the forecast for our wedding day. I was so worried since our wedding was completely outdoors since it never rains in Avila beach in October! Taryn got a hold of numerous wedding rental places to check if they still had tents left. There was one that finally had it but it wasn't our original rental place for everything else. She was able to help us get our deposit back from our original rental company so that we could use the company that had a tent for us.

Taryn and her assistant were helping us set up on our wedding day in the heavy rain and told us they didn't need our wedding party to help them. She made my vision come true even though the rain threw us a curve ball. She made everything work out in the end, and my guests enjoyed the wedding! I really don't know what would have happened if I didn't have Taryn. I highly recommend her if you need a wedding coordinator!"
